It is essential to install exhaust extraction systems in order to safeguard the air quality in the workshop. WORKY is available to study the most suitable solution for a workshop extraction system.

By "workshop extraction system" we generally mean:

Fixed workshop extraction system to remove exhaust fumes

workshop extraction systems fixed

WORKY fixed workshop extraction systems can be composed of reels with mechanical or electrical rewinding, in centralised or stand-alone systems,  or of fixed drops connected to flexible hoses or of minisets (consisting of a fan, hose and nozzle). The exhaust fumes are sucked in and then expelled outside the workshop.

A vast assortment of individual components (including nozzles for capturing exhaust gases designed by our R&D department to meet the needs of a constantly evolving market) complete the WORKY range and make it so flexible.

Sliding workshop extraction system to remove exhaust fumes

workshop extraction systems sliding

Sliding workshop extraction systems consist of an aluminium track on which various elements can slide, such as the trolleys with flexible hoses, reels and the innovative touchless arms that reach the vehicle exhaust pipe without touching it.

One of the advantages of this type of system is flexibility of use.

Stand-alone workshop extraction system to remove exhaust fumes

workshop extraction systems stand alone

The WORKY range includes various mobile fan models (GROLLY series) for the extraction of exhaust gases from locations where permanent installation is not possible. Each of these has specific characteristics depending on the vehicle to be serviced (car, van, truck or motorcycle).

Fixed workshop extraction system to remove exhaust fumes with under-floor system

workshop extraction systems underfloor

Workshop under-floor extraction systems are an alternative to overhead exhaust extraction systems. This type of workshop system is almost invisible due to its conformation. WORKY offers two main versions:

  • the first completely retractable;
  • the second with hose holder elbows to be fitted into the floor trap bases when necessary.
