Today we are illustrating an Italian workshop that has installed an exhaust extraction system designed on its needs by the WORKY team in collaboration with the local dealer.
Here, the owner's idea was clear from the beginning: a simple and intuitive solution which, while ensuring optimal performance, did not clutter the work area.
Accordingly, WORKY specialists implemented the project in an underfloor extraction system.
This specific type of system is particularly suitable for work areas where exhaust extraction is necessary, but with low frequency. In fact, extraction systems with fan connected to floor traps can be provided in the new-car delivery area or in training centres.
The WORKY underfloor exhaust extraction system is made up of several elements:
- Suitably dimensioned extraction fan
- Sturdy galvanised steel sheet metal floor traps in the version with plug-in bend on the floor base
- Nozzles for vehicle muffler connection
- Galvanised pipes for connection from the floor to the extraction fan;
- Crush-proof and heat-resistant hoses
There are many system customisation possibilities!
The same concept has been implemented for the New Oil and Antifreeze Liquid distribution system, which ensures the supply of technical fluids in the workstation.
The oil room was designed to be positioned outside the building.
The relative drums and small tanks are specifically housed in a special container to store new lubricants with pumping and level monitoring systems. In the same way, the management and recovery of used fluids is envisaged through tanks and containment tanks with anti-overflow indicators. To complete the system there are the pipeline for connection to the oil room, the pumps and all the safety devices essential for a highly reliable oil system.
Our WORKY specialised team installed the system and trained operating staff to use it and prepare the dealer's technicians for future assistance.
