WORKY: in constant pursuit of perfection in every detail
WORKY's extraordinary history is one of passion and expertise.
It all began with Lino Di Betta, the company’s founder, who, from the very beginning, based his career on the pursuit of constant improvement and overcoming challenges, whatever it takes. In fact, he began in 1987 as a salesman, went on to became General Manager of the company for which he worked in just a couple of years, and ultimately established his own group in 2011, which now boasts a worldwide distribution network.
Lino Di Betta sensed the major change taking place in the automotive sector, and began speaking with car and truck manufacturers, obtaining homologations and approvals, and discovering trends and strategies before anyone else. He brought to the market a comprehensive series of system components suitable for offering a unique proposal.
At that point he began developing the ideas that he’d had in the works for some time, by launching the two start-up companies WORKY and DEA Worklab.
The passion that drove Lino Di Betta to develop innovative products is the same as that which drives the professionals at WORKY to this day: we believe in attention to detail and the value of a job well done. We believe there’s no such thing as an unsurmountable obstacle, and that no goal is too ambitious.
