How can we renovate your service center in the United States

Some of our work in the USA
Tinker Air Force Base (Oklahoma)
We received the first layouts in April from our local partner and we saw immediately that the site was huge and the technical requirements very challenging, as it is one of the most important Air Bases in the USA.
We started studying the proper solution, taking into consideration that the workshop needed to service several different types of vehicles and required the maximum flexibility.
We divided the area in 8 rail kits, 4 for heavy duty vehicles and 4 for light vehicles. Every line is equipped with GSR sliding hose reels that slides along the rail and allow the technicians to have the extraction point close to their position.
The project was finally awarded this month and our supply will include more than 500’ of rail with over 20 hose reels, 8 fans and several types of nozzles.

More projects under study
MAN service center
A dealer sent us the layout of a MAN service center, complete with a specific area for trucks. The customer had an overhead crane that ran throughout the center and did not know how to secure the exhaust gas extraction and fluid distribution systems to the ceiling, which would inevitably conflict with the overhead crane.
After a careful analysis, we proposed our MULTIPLO structure which, in addition to solving this problem, gave the customer the chance of including an integrated DEA Worklab workbench.
Porsche service center
Another dealer submitted a Porsche service center project. He jumped at the chance and contacted us to benefit from the innovative TOUCHLESS system as a new and smarter solution for exhaust extraction from different types of vehicles.
Given the chance to have such a versatile single solution that adapts to any vehicle without having to change nozzles, the end customer immediately requested our solution be installed in his service center.
