Another year is about to end. 2020 was definitely full of challenges for all of us.
If, on the one hand, the global situation led us to the review of many of the activities we were all used to including, for example, travel and trade fairs, on the other hand it allowed us to gain new stimuli to improve our range, refine our services and look with renewed interest and determination to achieve our long-term goals.
Here is a brief overview of some of the activities carried out this year with the help of our team, our customers and business partners, whom we thank for renewing their trust, and the new customers who have honored us with their cooperation for the first time this year.
Here are some of the WORKY activities in 2020
We took advantage of this period for a “change of look”: the completely restyled WORKY website allows us to accompany you in an even more intuitive way to discover our vast range of solutions dedicated to the 'automotive' and 'industrial' world. Don’t miss: a section entirely dedicated to the Industrial world and the industry-specific WORKY solutions.
This period has also been particularly useful for us to invest new energy and resources in research and development, to make our products even more efficient and current and our services more accurate. Over 30 new products were developed by our Research and Development department in the first months of the year and others are in an advanced stage.
We also wanted to focus on the US market, with the official opening of WORKY NORTH AMERICA, a base that will increasingly take shape and grow over the course of 2021 to better serve American customers. Precisely in this context we are very proud to have been chosen to install an exhaust extraction system in one of the most important air bases in the United States: Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma.
This year we also launched a new division: WORKY INDUSTRIAL, a business unit dedicated to the industrial world, where our project managers have already had the opportunity to exploit their knowledge about manufacturing process fume and dust extraction, and completed first projects for complex plants, including a very important one in Salerno – Italy.
Last but not least, the heart of WORKY's activity: Automotive projects. 2020 was also star-studded with significant installations in the leading brand-name workshop garages in Italy and in the rest of the world.
