Thanks to their connection to the DT series extraction units, the WORKY control units or panels perfectly carry out the sanding dust extraction function typical of dust extraction systems. The extraction takes place via flexible hoses connected to the orbital sanders, which allow the dust generated to be extracted directly at the source, as the surfaces are being sanded. This allows for the operators’ health to be protected, while at the same time preventing dust from accumulating on the ground and on vehicles.

The dust extraction systems can be equipped with control units equipped with electrical outlets, and compressed air connectors.
In addition to extracting sanding dust, WORKY’s DTE multifunction control units are also designed to provide work areas with compressed air and electricity.
They’re available in various configurations (for connection to an articulated arm or directly to the wall, or for suspension from the ceiling) and in various versions, with or without the possibility of remotely activating the turbine, and with or without an extraction cut-off system.

WORKY’s DTD1 and DTD2 panels are equipped with electrical outlets and compressed air connectors.
They’re designed to be mounted flush with the panels in the preparation areas and, in addition to the extraction of the sanding dust, they also provide compressed air and electricity. The panel’s possibility of recessed installation allows the preparation area to be kept entirely clear and free of clutter.

WORKY’s DCC2 and DCL2 multifunction panels are designed to be wall mounted, and, in addition to extracting sanding dust, they also provide the work areas with compressed air and electricity.
