The Northern European market, has always been very attentive towards the work conditions of mechanics. For this reason, having a flexible and user-friendly exhaust system reaching all the work bays, was extremely important.

The WORKY engineering team, together with their local partner, designed the following solution: 2 rails in extruded aluminium GAT1 with GSCHBV-1007 sliding carriages including balancers and automatic valves.

This way, whenever a mechanic used an extraction hose, its valve would automatically open and the fan extraction power could be channelled just to the carriage in use. When he was done using it, the valve would automatically close, preventing air conditioning/heating, from being “extracted” out of the building.

Thanks to its maximised air-flow, this system gives the possibility to install smaller fans, reducing the fixed costs of the workshop. Two further work bays were equipped with mechanicals hose reels with automatic valve GMRV and nozzles with grip GRNG-160100.

Finally, a flexible arm SBBF-160, able to reach every side of a vehicle, ensured a healthy work environment in the event of welding operations.

The system, impeccably installed by WORKY local partner, left a totally satisfied customer.

WORKY: Work with us, trust in people able to create a new world around you.
