Mercedes-Benz is widespread all around the world and in new markets, special care is taken to make sure their standards are always complied with.

The prestigious Company of Stuttgart was planning the opening of a new service centre in Phnom Penh. These grand facilities had to include showroom, workshop, and body shop areas.

The WORKY team promptly started cooperating with the local dealer to offer efficient solutions able to ensure high productivity.

In acceptance area, Mercedes wanted to create an environment welcoming customers in a professional and secure way. A wall-mounted GMRF1005 reel with Y was installed and equipped with the brand new GON-100IG nozzle with internal gripper, designed by R&D Dept. in WORKY to serve the widest range of Mercedes-Benz models. A KEEN SPACE work bench with a large capacity and sturdy construction ensures that the area is well organized and efficient.

In the repair zone the GAT1 extruded aluminium track with GSR sliding hose reels equipped with Y-shaped deviation, to serve the entire range of double exhaust pipes, was chosen.

Electric and pneumatic services, as well as the distribution of technical fluids, were hosted in a compact way by the RANGER, offering at the same time a writing desk. WORKY helped in the selection of the materials and sized the diameters of the pipe line reaching the oil room where high-performance pumps and control panels, ensuring safe operation, have been installed.

The Body shop area, too, was the target of WOKY intervention. A welding fume extraction system with SBF-160 sliding version flexible arms - able to easily reach wide areas - was installed.

Also in new vehicle delivery area, an extraction point was foreseen to ensure maximum comfort and wholesomeness to clients who want to test their cars.

WORKY After Sales team worked in co-operation with local technicians until installation works were finished, making sure that the customer was entirely satisfied.

We conclude with a note of pride for WORKY: the opening of the new service centre by Mercedes-Benz, with many details about the installation, has been documented by the prestigious Cambodian newspaper Sabay News. In the online report, our solutions for the automotive aftersales market appear in the foreground.
